Saturday, June 9th Booths open from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm
Deposit checks will be returned to you via mail.
Tear down and cleanup must be complete by after closing.
Security will be offered on Friday . There will be no Security offered for Saturday.
Check in at the Sage-N-Sun Family Festival booth located near the south side of the Grant County Courthouse steps and begins 7:00 am.
Setup will begin Friday at 7:00 am. Must be ready for business at noon.
Craft Vendors will not be able to access C Street until all Food Vendors have parked their trailers/booths.
Vendors are NOT to close early unless there is an emergency and Jeanette Cole has been notified or refunds will be forfeited.
Vendor parking will be only at Lot D and E, Division Street. There will be no exceptions.
Booths are not to be closed before 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.
No vehicle movement at the Grant County Courthouse and surrounding streets before 4:00 pm (on Sunday), NO EXCEPTIONS or your deposit will be forfeited.
Vehicles and trailers are only allowed in the display area to load and unload. You must remove your vehicle before you set up your space. This allows other Vendors to get in and unload. All Vendor vehicles must be removed from the parking lot prior to noon on Friday and are not allowed to return until the close of the Festival on Sunday evening.
Pets must be on a leash. You must cleanup after your pets or your deposit will be forfeited.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed at the Vendor Booth at any time. This is a Family Festival.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED at the Grant County Courthouse at any time. This includes the parking lots. You must go outside the road closure signs to smoke.
Cigarettes, Vapes, Obscene, Vulgar, Lewd, Racist or Sexually-Oriented Language/Materials are prohibited. In other words the Festival is strictly PG-13.
Booth structures and contents, including inventory are the responsibility of the Vendor. The Festival, Grant County or the City of Ephrata do not assume responsibility for injury to persons or loss or damage to any property of the Vendors, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or acts of God. However, the Festival will provide at least one (1) security guard who will be patrolling the grounds Friday Night. There will be no Security for Saturday Night.
There is no overnight parking or camping in the park for those with campers or trailers. See Application for details. All booths must be removed from the Grant County Courthouse Lawn by 6:00 pm Sunday, June 10th.
